NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 14, 2013, and entered in 13-CC-007237 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein RIVER BEND OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and ARIEL MOJENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARIEL MOJENA; JOHN MOJENA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MOJENA; MORTGAGEIT, INC.; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CALVARY PORTFOLIO SERVICES, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF CALVARY SPV I, LLC, AS ASSIGNEE OF BANK OR AMERICA/FIA CARD SERVICES, N.A.; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on October 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
