NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-002892 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and David Amos, Bank of America, N.A., Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
