NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2012-CA-007368 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2007-1, Adjustable Rate Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Christopher Pelletier also known as Christopher E. Pelletier, The Unknown Spouse of Christopher Pelletier also known as Christopher E. Pelletier, United States of America, Bank of America, NA, Harbour Island Community Association, Inc., Island Master Association, Inc., Island Place Condominium Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Credit Suisse Financial, Tenant # 1 also known as N/K/A Jennifer Nyselius, Tenant # 2, The South Neighborhood Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
