NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 12, 2013 and a Final Judgment dated March 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2010-CA-002887 DI, DIVISION: A, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN ROBBINS; LAM THU-THAO VU; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TEANANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 26th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, IN BLOCK 3, YBOR HEIGHTS GIBSON & HOBBS SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST ½ OF VACATED ALLEY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 62, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
