BEING THE SAME PREMISES CONVEYED TO JOHN WESTERLY ZINK AND KATLE FLEMING ZINK, HUSBAND AND WIFE FROM SOUTHER CRAFTED HOMES INC. BY CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED DATED 10/16/1995 AND RECORDED 10/18/1995 IN 47925/729 IN THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE.
