NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-016291, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2008-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2008-FT1 is the Plaintiff and JORGE VASQUEZ A/K/A JORGE ENRIQUE VASQUEZ; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; WHISPER LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHARON L. HOSEY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 239 OF WHISPER LAKE A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39 PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
