NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned, under and pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (“Judgment”), dated September 4, 2013, entered in Case No. 11-CA-009184 (N) in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, and under and by virtue of the terms of the said Judgment, will offer for salse at public auction to the highest and best bidder for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on the day of October 23, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., the same being a legal sales day and the hour a legal hour of sale, the real and personal property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida and legally described as follows:
Lot 42, Block 21, COVINGTON PARK PHASE 2B, 2C, 3C, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 44, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Parcel Identification Number: U-13-31-19-5YK-000021-00042.0
The address is: 7717 Nottinghill Sky Drive, Apollo Beach, Florida 33572 (the “Subject Property”).
The property aforesaid, together with all improvements, building, fixtures, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, is being sold to satisfy Plaintiff's claims under said Judgment.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the date of the sale.
