NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020349 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and Carlton Lamar Burgess, SCA License Corporation, d/b/a Salem-WBTK, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Carlton Lamar Burgess, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 8, BLOCK 40, OF REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITIONS TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
