NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-009840 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which US Bank National Association, as Trustee, on Behalf of the Holders of the Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series NC 2005-HE4, is the Plaintiff and Linda Macklin, Beneficial Florida, Inc., Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 1, BLOCK 53, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1E, VILLAGE 8, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE 22, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
