PARENT; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; VICTORIA PARK SOHO HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A JULIA PARENT; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/16/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
