NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, entered in Case No. 10-CA-019288 DIV. N of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-RFC1 Asset-Backed, Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Wilcrosley Armas a/k/a Wilcrosley A. Armas; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Ibel Avalos-Jimenez; Lillian Rivera; Michael Denis; Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 8th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 65 FEET OF THE EAST 66.37 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 26, TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 6, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
