Final Judgment was awarded on August 13, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-015490 DIV N, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and, JULIA CARDONA; JOHN D. CARDONA A/K/A JOHN DOMINICK CARDONA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
