Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 6, 2013, the Clerk will sell the real property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as follows:
PARCEL 1:
All that part of the West 430 feet of the East 463 feet of the South 200 feet of the North 825 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, lying Southerly of County Road described in Deed recorded in Official Records Book 1651, Page 585, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
PARCEL 2:
The South 92 feet of the North 825 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Fractional Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, lying West of the Little Manatee River LESS the West 33 feet thereof for road; AND The South 110 feet of the North 935 feet of the part of the Northeast 1/4 West of river; LESS the West 25 feet for Road in Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
PARCEL 3:
The South 155.67 feet of the North 1090.67 feet of that part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, lying West of the Westerly water's edge of the Little Manatee River; LESS the West 25 feet thereof.
PARCEL 4:
A portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 30, Township 32 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence South 89°59'07” West, 463.05 feet along the North boundary of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; thence South 00°51'40” East, 667.83 feet parallel with and 463.00 feet West of the East boundary of said Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 to a point on the South right-of-way line of Stephens Road, the Point of Beginning; thence South 00°51'40” East, 157.36 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89°27'45” West, 46.20 feet to a concrete post; thence North 00°53'27” West, 176.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of Stephens Road; thence South 68°39'00” East, 50.00 feet along said right-of-way line to the Point of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT all road rights of way.
