NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to reset foreclosure sale August 30, 2013, entered in Case No. 09-CA-029064 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2004-15 is the Plaintiff and Ruth Martens, a/k/a Ruth E. Martens; Nelson Roman; American General Home Equity, Inc.; Transport Funding LLC; Wachovia Bank, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, OF BRANDON LAKES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
