NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on November 7, 2013, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
THE WEST 83.0 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT; THE WEST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 331.5 FEET THEREOF; AND LESS THE WEST 330.0 FEET THEREOF; AND LESS THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
