NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-007865 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under Pooling And Servicing Agreement Dated As Of June 1, 2007 Equifirst Loan Securitization Trust 2007-1 Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and May E. Janess, Live Oak Preserve Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Equifirst Corporation, The Unknown Spouse of May E. Janess n/k/a Sandy Flores, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
