YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 66 of HENDRY & KNIGHTS ADDITION to SULPHUR SPINGS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 24, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with the West 1/2 of the closed alley abutting said lot on the East.
