LESS THE NORTH 27.18 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THE EAST 26.57 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 23; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89Ëš41' EAST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY THEREOF A DISTANCE OF 3.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN NORTH 04Ëš 55' 18" EAST, A DISTANCE OF 126.54 FEET TO A POINT OF THE SOUTH BOUNDARY ON THE NORTH 27.18 FEET OF SAID LOT 23; THENCE RUN NORTH 89Ëš41' WEST, PARALLEL TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 23; A DISTANCE OF 13.00 FEET TO A POINT OF ON THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 23; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00Ëš23'20" WEST ALONG SAID WEST BOUNDARY, A DISTANCE OF 126.13 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING
