NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-010928, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and DEREK HAYES LEZOTTE A/K/A DEREK H. LEZOTTE; MELISA M. LEZOTTE; ; CITIBANK, N.A., F/K/A CITIBANK, FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: http://Hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30 day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 9, NORTH RIVERSIDE ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 134, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
