LOT 32, IN BLOCK 101, A REPLAT OF TAMPA PALMS UNIT 1B, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60 ON PAGE 28, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5307 AMBROSE CT, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on October 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
