NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 13, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2012-CA-002156, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lafayette County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff, and MILVIO CRUZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MILVIO CRUZ; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; FIA CARD SERVICES, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.(USA); CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURTS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; MILDRED SOPHIA HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 1st day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 IN BLOCK 5 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE SOUTH OF EL CERRO SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
