NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the28th day of August, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 2009-CA-20447, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on February 17, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24. BLOCK 7, WEST BAY PHASE IV, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
