UNIT C-101 UNIVERSITY OAKWOODS II, a condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 14 through 17, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded on August 19, 1983 in OR Book 4167, Page 1201, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with any limited common elements appurtenant thereto as set forth in said Declaration of Condominium.
