Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 22, 2013 entered in Civil Case Number 13-000147-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein RBS FINANCIAL PRODUCTS INC. is the Plaintiff, and SHANNON SWARTZ, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 110, AUTUMN RUN- UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 42 THROUGH 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
