NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-018515-CI, DIVISION: 13, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and KRISTIN NICOLE NIENDORF A/K/A KRISTIN NIENDORF; LEVI NIENDORF; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 25th day of September, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 65 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK E, GOLDEN GROVE UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
