Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 8, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 6387, OF BARKWOOD SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 25-27, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5027, PAGE 458 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT, AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
