Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 08, 2013, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

D-9, OF DOVER-FOXCROFT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE(S) 45 AND 46, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4885, PAGE 1496, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
