NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009412 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR27, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR27 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and , NORVIL KERLY ARAUJO;; and ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 206, OF ENCLAVE AT SABAL POINTE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15143, PAGE 343, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
