NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12002333CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and , ROGER J. BLAIS and JOYCE C. BLAIS are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on the 4th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK V, FIFTH ADDITION TO GULF SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
