NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 28, 2013 and entered in Case No. 07-12121-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT 2006-FF4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-FF4 is the Plaintiff and ROLAND HARRIS; DAVID BAND; MYRNA BAND; JAMES E THAXTON JR, TRUSTEE; CRYSTAL BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN H. ADAMS, ESQ; TENANT #1 N/K/A PENNY KOCAREK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/15/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

CRYSTAL BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 40 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8683, PAGE 642 ET SEQ. AND AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8693, PAGE 32 ET SEQ.
