NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-006429 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, is the Plaintiff and Thomas A. Vallone; Bryn Mawr at Countryside Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant NKA Barbara Castillo; and Unknown Tenant #2, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on September 27, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit L-101, Phase 1, Bryn Mawr at Countryside, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 46, Page 37, and further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5119, Page 2038, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
