NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on August 13, 2013, in Case No. 52-2011-CA-005892 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor By Merger With Amsouth Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and Jay Sterling F/K/A Jennifer Lowndes, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 27th day of September, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, Block 39, COQUINA KEY, SECTION ONE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 49, pages 64-65, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
