NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-008296 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Green Planet Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Stephen Gipson, Orange Lake Village Residents Assoc., Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 28, BLOCK 10, ORANGE LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 65 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
