NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-000975 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A. as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. as Trustee, is the Plaintiff and Linda J. Perlmutter, Stuart H. Perlmutter, Harbour Club Condominium No.Two, Inc., United States of America, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 2-7-4, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENAT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF HARBOR CLUB CONDOMINIUM NO. TWO, INC., A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3335, PAGES 719 THROUGH 833, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, P.R.O.P.C.F., AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 74 THROUGH 76, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
