NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 26th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 522010CA014767XXCICI / 10014767CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and PENNY KHALED A/K/A PENELOPE KHALED and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of September, 2013, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, BROOKWOOD TERRACE A REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
