NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09003831CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. F/K/A COUNTYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL MOSLEY; NYCOL MOSLEY F/K/A NYCOL ALLEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A HAROLD HEWETT A/K/A HAROLD HEWITT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on SEPTEMBER 27, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, DRUID HILLS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
