NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-8302-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF APRIL 1, 2005 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WHQ2, is Plaintiff and Kelly R. Coffee, Unknown Spouse of Kelly R. Coffee, Unknown Tenant #1, and Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 19 of Green Acres, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 65 of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2338 15th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg , FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
