NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-007468 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Services 2006-PR1 Trust, Plaintiff and Gerald A. Garcia are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 57, BLOCK 4, GRASSY POINTE PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 116, PAGES 83 AND 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
