NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 31, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-005582 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Karann Collier a/k/a Karann Rodgers a/k/a Karann G. Collier are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, OF ANDERSON SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
