NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12- 11214-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Kathryn Jean Leasure,
Douglas Smith and Gregory Victor Smith, are plaintiffs, and Natalie Kokinda and Edward Smith are the defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on October 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
