NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-009306 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the Holders of the Certificates issued by Deutsche ALT-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-AR1, Plaintiff and Craig Inglis and Mindy Albin are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 37, BLOCK C, SUEMAR SUBDIVISION FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
