NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-019767-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Wendy A. Smith and Donald R. Marshall are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 15, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17 AND SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 16, BLOCK 7, CLEVELAND GROVE A/K/A CLEVELAND GROVE, BLOCK 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
