NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-006457 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association successor by merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Successor by Merger to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Sharon L. Pelletier are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, FOREST PARK UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
