NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 27, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012998 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-AR13, Plaintiff and Sara Howell, Surviving Spouse of Charles Howell, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 11, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK H, CROSS BAYOU ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 58 AND 59, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
