NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 16, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-020505 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for IXIS Real Estate Capital Trust 2005-HE3, Plaintiff and A. Maria Fox a/k/a A. Maria O'Hare a/k/a A. Maria O'Hare, Individually and as Trustee of the A. Maria Fox Living Trust Dated 9/29/2004 and Michael J. Vella are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 4, GREENLAND GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
