NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009665 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Stone's Throw Condominium Association, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED ON UNIT 2101, BUILDING II, STONE'S THROW II, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5847, PAGES 855 THROUGH 971, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5863, PAGE 1133, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 41, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
