NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 28, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-001861 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Randy B. Smith a/k/a Randy Bryan Smith and Bonnie Sue Smith a/k/a Bonnie S. Smith are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 16, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK G, HILLSIDE PARK SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGES 41 THROUGH 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
