NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-003414, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, THE SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR CIT HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2002-2, is Plaintiff and BETTY LOU MEYERS; ROBERT W. MEYERS; ALLEN CREEK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 333 FEET OF THE WEST 115 FEET OF LOT 14 IN NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH RANGE 16 EAST PINELLAS GROVES SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT TO THE EASEMENT ON THE WEST 15 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY. THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 283 FEET OF WEST 115 FEET OF SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, ALL LYING WITHIN WEST 1/2 OF LOT 14 IN NW 1/4 OF SAID SECTION AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF PINELLAS GROVES, INC. RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH 1981 NOBI VIN# N31122B AND VIN# N31122B.

surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
