NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-004157, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and THOMAS B. REED; PATTI A. REED; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA INC., are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 11th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, MAXIMO MOORINGS UNIT ONE PARTIAL REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
