KEELER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KEVIN KEELER A/K/A KEVIN D. KEELER, DECEASED; JEANNE MARIE KEELER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF KEVIN KEELER A/K/A KEVIN D. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
